My order failed, what can I do?

If you ordered using your credit card, please check with your bank that you are allowed to purchase for foreign entities, as the Strawbees shop is based in Sweden. When this is enabled, try placing your order again.


If this still doesn't work, please check if you have selected the correct account in your bank and haven't overwritten the amount or purchases.
