micro:bit and MakeCode

I am blocked from MakeCode and can't use the micro:bit, what can I do? Can you code the micro:bit without the Strawbees Robotics board? Do I need to download an extension to use the Strawbees Robotics board? Can I use MakeCode and the Strawbees extension offline? Can I program the micro:bit with iPads or tablets?

Can you use the Robotics board with any version of the micro:bit?

Yes, the Robotics board works with version 1 and 2 of the micro:bit seamlessly.
